Refund policy

At Star W Berry’s Workshop, every item is handcrafted with care and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, please review our return policy below before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders

• All custom, engraved, or personalized pieces are final sale.

• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

• If there’s an error on our end (misspelling, wrong material, or incorrect design), we’ll gladly remake or refund your item at no cost.

Non-Personalized Items

• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email].

2. Include photos of the product and packaging.

3. We’ll issue a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned item or issue confirmation.
